Description
The Loader supports customers and associates with locating, selecting, carrying, loading, staging, and fulfilling merchandise orders in a Lowe’s store. The role includes checkout and customer assistance, order accuracy, power equipment and store technology use, safety and security reporting, and maintaining clean work areas. Pro and Garden Center-specific duties include visible customer support, vehicle loading, large-order fulfillment, and coordination with department supervisors. Required qualifications include six months of computer and retail technology experience and the ability to obtain required sales licensure or registration; preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, retail experience, prior loader experience, merchandising experience, and vehicle-loading experience.
