Description
The part-time Nurse-LPN provides nursing support for youth in the Safety Harbor program by coordinating medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services; completing assessments and chart audits; maintaining medication consents and clinic records; supporting Medicaid and third-party insurance matters; and monitoring medication administration. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse licensure, with previous youth nursing experience preferred. It is scheduled for 20 hours per week at $22.00 per hour and includes dental and vision insurance among other benefits.
