Description
CRCHC is hiring a part-time Maintenance Worker to perform general building maintenance across its locations. The role includes inspecting grounds and buildings, troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, drywall, concrete, and other facilities systems, transporting office equipment, and handling hazardous materials while following OSHA and center policies. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, three years of general building maintenance or diversified building and construction experience, the ability to read mechanical and structural drawings, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
