Description
The Service Technician performs technical and mechanical maintenance on apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, including repairing resident service requests, preparing vacant units for leasing, maintaining inventory, documenting work, cleaning and painting, inspecting contractor work, and supporting property inspections. The role works Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible evening, weekend, and holiday call coverage, and requires EPA refrigerant recycling certifications, a current valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
