Description
The Merchandise Manager supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, merchandising execution, inventory control, pricing, promotional compliance, visual standards, and Ship from Store fulfillment. The role also provides Manager-on-Duty coverage, coordinates workload and staffing, trains team members, and supports asset protection and shrink reduction. It requires at least three years of retail leadership experience and includes physical store work, customer interaction, and night, weekend, and early-morning hours.
