RPM is hiring a part-time seasonal Seasonal Tracking Weekend Operations Representative to monitor and manage shipments for high-risk and high-value customers during overnight hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. ET, beginning Friday and Saturday. The role uses Turvo and customer portals to track shipments, respond to delays and security alerts, escalate issues, communicate with customers and leadership, document updates, and hand off outstanding matters to the day-shift team. The position is primarily remote with occasional in-office meetings and potential ad hoc shifts, and pays $23 per hour.
