Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to provide early-intervention therapy for young children with autism, carry a client caseload, complete parent training, coordinate care with speech-language pathologists and behavior analysts, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. The role requires a master's or doctorate in occupational therapy, active licensure, NBCOT certification, BLS certification, early-intervention experience, and the ability to work physically with children. The position offers flexible hours and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
