Description

FedEx Freight is hiring a part-time Outbound Freight Handler for second-shift dock operations. The role loads and unloads freight, operates material-handling equipment, prepares and inspects trailers, weighs and dimensions shipments, verifies freight documentation and hazardous-material placarding, documents shortages or damage, and blocks and braces freight for safe transport. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with prior forklift, dock, warehouse, or material-handler experience and forklift certification; passing a background check and alcohol and drug test is required. Pay is $18.10–$21.60 per hour, varying by location and experience.
