Description
The Packaging Operator performs day-to-day packaging-department work, including operating and adjusting canning, bottle, keg, and other packaging equipment; performing routine maintenance, sanitation, changeovers, quality checks, and housekeeping; and troubleshooting minor equipment issues. The role is part-time and permanent, typically 18–24 hours per week, with shifts ranging from 5 AM to midnight and potential weekend, night, and holiday work. Applicants must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing or equivalent experience, current or obtainable forklift certification, and the ability to work in a noisy, physically demanding environment. Compensation starts at $16 per hour and may increase after 90 days and one year.
