The role handles payroll cases, onboarding and offboarding, wage tax, social security, employment law, quality assurance, payroll-system support, and coordination with HR, Finance, health insurance funds, authorities, and auditors. Applicants need a commercial qualification, several years of payroll accounting experience, knowledge of wage tax and social security, and ideally experience with P&I LOGA, SAP SuccessFactors, or DATEV.
