Hope Learning Academy is hiring a School-Based Physical Therapist in Springfield, Illinois to assess and treat individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, improve functional movement and mobility, and support overall wellness. The role includes interdisciplinary consultation, progress reporting, treatment planning, caregiver and teacher training, and monitoring rehabilitation services.
