Description
This permanent warehouse leadership role supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, attendance, account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The position manages department resources, promotes a positive team environment, implements employee development plans, provides orientation and safety training, and coaches employees. It requires flexible shift availability, the ability to lift 70 pounds, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment; a bachelor's degree or international equivalent and management experience are preferred. The role is open to U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or aliens authorized to work in the United States.
