Description
The Part-Time Program Leader provides leadership and support for academic, cultural, and recreational enrichment in an after-school program under the supervision of an ASAS-LA Program Coordinator. The role leads and assists with program planning and implementation, maintains a 20:1 student ratio, supervises youth, supports field trips and events, tracks attendance and program progress, maintains program materials and facilities, and communicates with school staff and legal guardians. The position requires experience with K-12 students, a high school diploma or GED, an Associate degree or higher or two years of higher-education study, criminal record clearance, TB clearance, and availability for evenings, weekends, and travel between school sites.
