Description
Old Scratch Pizza is hiring a part-time Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting across its restaurant locations. The role reviews applications, makes outbound calls, conducts first-round phone interviews, evaluates candidates, schedules qualified candidates for second-round interviews, maintains candidate records and pipelines, posts job advertisements, and coordinates with restaurant managers and the onboarding specialist. It is primarily remote in the Dayton, Ohio area, scheduled for approximately 20–25 hours per week from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional in-person meetings or training at restaurant locations.
