A healthcare organization is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Case Manager for the South Austin area. The outpatient role involves independently admitting patients, coordinating appropriate care with an interdisciplinary team, and completing assessments, discharges, and pronouncements. Applicants must hold a Texas RN license and have reliable transportation for travel; one or more years of RN experience and hospice or home health experience are preferred.
