Description
Clearfork Academy is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide clinical care in an outpatient behavioral health environment serving adolescents and young adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. The role includes assessment, medication administration and documentation, vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, urine drug screens, emergency response, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient and family education, infection control, and accurate documentation. Candidates need an active Texas RN license, at least one year of staff nursing experience, BLS certification, knowledge of medications and the Texas Nurse Practice Act, and familiarity with ASAM criteria.
