The Doe Fund is hiring a part-time Resident Manager for its newest permanent supportive housing facility serving homeless individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS, as well as moderate-income households. The role covers designated Saturday and Sunday shifts, supervising residents and overseeing facility operations while collaborating with clinical and program staff. Responsibilities include resident liaison work, security patrols, incident management, documentation, fire alarm system inspections, and staff meetings. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience in a social service or residential setting, knowledge of HIV/AIDS and related issues, strong communication and organizational skills, and computer proficiency.
