Description
The Doe Fund is hiring a Residence Manager to supervise residents and oversee the operation of a residential facility during Saturday–Sunday shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The role manages crises, coordinates with residents and staff, supports security and incident reporting, communicates events to the Program Director and Clinical team, and maintains fire-safety systems and quarterly drills. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some college, a Fire Safety certification, at least two years of experience in social services or a residential setting, knowledge of HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness, and strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
