The Doe Fund is hiring a part-time Residence Manager for its newest permanent supportive housing program serving homeless men and women living with HIV/AIDS. The role supervises residents and oversees the facility during Saturday and Sunday shifts from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., coordinating with clinical and program staff, ensuring resident safety, conducting patrols, managing incidents, documenting events, and maintaining fire alarm systems. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience in social services or residential settings, knowledge of HIV/AIDS and related issues, strong communication and organizational skills, and computer proficiency; fire safety certification is preferred.
