Description
The Doe Fund is hiring a Residence Manager for its newest permanent supportive housing program serving homeless men and women living with HIV/AIDS, as well as some affordable- and low-income households. The role supervises residents and oversees the facility during designated Saturday–Sunday shifts, coordinates with clinical and program staff, manages incidents and crises, maintains fire-safety systems, conducts fire drills, and documents events. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience in social services or residential settings, knowledge of HIV/AIDS and related populations, and strong communication and organizational skills.
