Silverado Sierra Visita is hiring a part-time Resident Engagement (Activities) Assistant to support the Director of Resident Engagement with daily activity programming for residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. The role includes planning and leading small-group memory enrichment activities, preparing materials, encouraging resident participation, celebrating achievements, and supporting music and occupational therapy sessions. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with animals and older adults; previous experience with older adults or memory care is preferred. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with anticipated pay of $19–$19 USD and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
