Primark is hiring a Retail Assistant to provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers with sizes, styles, and purchases, process returns and cancellations, maintain tidy shop floors and fitting rooms, receive and check deliveries, place products on the shop floor, and ensure correct pricing and standards. The role requires good communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn; retail experience is preferred. Compensation is an hourly wage of €8.69 to €16.39 depending on age, with additional benefits including a staff discount, holiday allowance, vacation days, supplementary health insurance, pension accrual, and discounts through Benefits at Work.
