This role involves driving revenue growth by conducting sales operations, booking new leads, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, analyzing their needs, introducing membership options, proactively reaching out to leads, following up on cancellations, hosting classes, promoting studio events, capturing social media content, and accurately recording sales notes. The associate will collaborate with instructors and the team to maintain high standards of client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
