Description
The Sales Associate assists customers with shopping, wardrobe recommendations, merchandise sales, and client development while representing Veronica Beard’s fashion and style. The role also handles floor merchandising, store cleanliness, shipments, and other retail duties. It requires at least one year of retail service and selling experience, a high school education or equivalent, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and basic math skills. The position is based in Bethesda and offers a base hourly range of $17.50 to $18.50, with uncapped bi-weekly commissions, benefits, a clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
