Description
The Sales Associate assists customers with shopping, wardrobe selection, merchandise information, and client development while representing Veronica Beard’s fashion and style. The role also handles floor merchandising, replenishment, store cleanliness, shipments, and other store duties. It requires at least one year of retail service and selling experience, a high school education or equivalent, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and basic math skills. The position is based in Southampton and offers a base hourly range of $19.00 to $20.00, with uncapped bi-weekly commissions, benefits, a clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
