Description
Nascency is hiring a part-time, entry-level Sales Development Representative to serve as the initial point of contact for individuals exploring surrogacy. The role reviews applications, assesses eligibility, conducts outbound phone and text outreach, books intake calls, maintains CRM and pipeline hygiene, and responds to candidate communications. It is remote and U.S.-based, with approximately 3–4 hours per day during Monday through Friday core hours and flexible weekend check-ins. Compensation is $20 per hour as a 1099 contractor, plus a $15 bonus per attended intake call, with a stated salary range of $20–$35 per hour.
