Hilltop Community Resources is hiring a Dining Services Associate to provide hospitality and customer service to residents, family members, and outside agencies for the Life Adjustment Program. The role includes taking and serving food orders, delivering room trays, assisting residents in the dining room, preparing and assembling food, setting up service carts, cleaning and sanitizing dining areas and kitchen equipment, maintaining food-handling and chemical safety, and restocking supplies. The position requires one year of related work experience or two years of general work experience, a Colorado Identification Card, and a Food Handler’s Card; CPR/First Aid and De-Escalation Training are preferred. It offers part-time and full-time schedules, with a full-time schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., and a starting wage of $17.85 to $18.74 per hour.
