Description
The Server provides prompt and personalized dining service, takes and accurately processes orders, maintains drink levels and table cleanliness, answers menu questions, and supports other staff. The role requires knowledge of menu items and preparation, POS and credit or cash transaction processing, alcohol awareness, food safety and sanitation, strong communication and customer service skills, reliable attendance, and the ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions. Applicants must be at least 18, hold TABC and Food Handlers certification before employment, and have at least one year of relevant experience in a high-volume establishment.
