Playa Bowls is hiring a Shift Leader to manage opening and closing shifts, delegate work, maintain food quality and inventory, handle refunds and customer issues, count registers and deposits, and communicate with management. The role requires availability for five night shifts per week, at least 30 hours weekly, weekends including Sunday, and completion of the required food safety certification within three months.
