Description
The Shop Assistant is the face of the bakery, providing friendly customer service, operating the cash register, preparing filled sandwiches and salads, maintaining HACCP-compliant shop standards, and working collaboratively with colleagues. The role is part-time at 24 hours, alternating between Saturday and Sunday shifts, with weekend shift premiums, a market-rate salary, a performance-related bonus, meal vouchers, and a permanent contract of indefinite duration after a successful interim period.
