Brightmont Academy is hiring a part-time Special Education Instructor to provide one-on-one instruction using the APEX Learning curriculum and to implement IEP-based accommodations and modifications. The role focuses on individualized classroom teaching, with a case manager handling most administrative duties. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, an LBS1 certification, patience and empathy, teaching passion, G-Suite and LMS proficiency, and the ability to pass a federal background check; experience with ASD, ED, or SLD programs is preferred. The position pays $33 per hour and offers a flexible schedule without lesson planning or outside work.
