Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to work under a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in a center-based early-intervention setting serving children with autism from 18 months to 6 years. The role implements individualized speech therapy treatment plans, provides direct client care, documents progress, collaborates with interdisciplinary professionals, and may fill in for one-to-one ABA therapy sessions. Candidates need an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant degree or a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders, a valid SLP-A license or eligibility, BLS certification, experience with communication disorders and early intervention, and willingness to obtain RBT certification.
