Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, maintaining an organized stockroom, receiving and shipping inventory, restocking merchandise, taking inventory, complying with operational standards, developing proficiency in policies and procedures, communicating effectively, managing time, prioritizing tasks, and taking directions from managers. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 8-10 hour shifts, and perform various physical tasks. Preferred qualifications include one to two years of related experience in inventory or retail work, basic math skills, and the ability to withstand extreme temperatures and constant noise.
