The Store Associate maintains a safe and clean store environment by cleaning all areas, using approved chemicals and equipment, replenishing supplies, completing required training, performing basic equipment maintenance, using Kohl's tools and technology, supporting stockroom and omnichannel fulfillment, and assisting customers. The role requires flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, customer service and communication skills, and no retail experience; applicants must be at least 18 years old. Pay starts at $14.10.
