The Store Associate maintains a safe and clean store environment by cleaning all areas, using approved chemicals and equipment, replenishing supplies, completing required training, performing basic equipment maintenance, using Kohl's tools and technology, supporting stockroom and omnichannel fulfillment, and assisting customers. The role requires flexible availability, strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and must be performed by someone 18 years or older; retail experience is not required, while client-facing retail or service industry experience is preferred. Pay starts at $14.10.
