Kohl's is hiring a Store Associate to maintain a safe and clean store environment through daily cleaning, chemical and supply management, equipment maintenance, operational support, and customer assistance. The role requires early-morning availability starting at 6 a.m., flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask; no retail experience is required, but client-facing retail or service experience is preferred. The starting pay is $14.10.
