The Mütterzentrum Osterholz-Tenever e.V. is hiring a part-time substitute/support educator for its daycare groups. The role covers group leadership in substitute situations, educational planning, individual support for children’s language, motor, social, and cognitive development, care activities, documentation, parent collaboration, and teamwork with social assistants. Applicants must have completed training as a state-recognized educator and demonstrate pedagogical and social competence, empathy, patience, responsibility, intercultural sensitivity, creativity, and reliability.
