Description
This permanent warehouse leadership role supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, attendance, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, and cooperation. The position manages department resources, promotes a positive team environment, implements employee development plans, provides orientation and safety training, and coaches employees. It requires lifting 70 pounds, flexible shift availability, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment; a bachelor's degree or international equivalent and management experience are preferred. The role is open to U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or aliens authorized to work in the United States.
