Description
The Surveillance Officer monitors interior and exterior property areas using closed-circuit television, documents violations, cash transactions, excluded guests, unauthorized access, and surveillance equipment conditions, and maintains records for evidence. The role also supports compliance with company policies, licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements, while communicating with operational departments and building relationships with guests and team members. A high school diploma, at least three years of work experience, responsible liquor service certification, computer proficiency, and the ability to obtain a gaming license are required; post-secondary criminology education and security or surveillance experience are assets. The work is performed in a regular office environment, with possible non-traditional hours and travel.
