FIGS is hiring a part-time Suture Specialist (Embroidery Machine Operator) to manage embroidery operations at its Rice Village Community Hub. The role handles embroidery orders, machine setup and maintenance, garment inspection and preparation, workflow scheduling, quality assurance, team training, safety compliance, and store support. Candidates should have experience with embroidery machines, single-head machines, and embroidery software such as Wilcom, Pulse, or equivalent, along with strong organization, troubleshooting, and deadline-management skills. The position pays $14–$16 per hour and requires weekend availability and Black Friday coverage.
