Tecovas is hiring a part-time Team Lead to support store operations, recruit and develop retail talent, manage performance and succession planning, deliver exceptional customer and product-service experiences, maintain visual and inventory standards, and uphold loss-prevention procedures. The role requires at least two years of retail management experience, 15–20 hours per week, a high school diploma, and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour plus incentives, with free boots and an employee discount.
