Description
The Warehouse Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, attendance, account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role manages department resources, promotes a positive team environment, develops employee plans, provides orientation and safety training, and coaches employees. It requires flexible shift availability, physical ability to lift 70 pounds, communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment; a bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred. The position is permanent and pays $26.25 to $42.65 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
