Sentry Management is hiring a part-time weekend Maintenance Technician for an association in Crofton, Maryland. The role performs routine building-system maintenance, repairs, groundskeeping, and coordination with vendors, contractors, homeowners, community managers, and the association board. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday at $20.00 per hour, with training, support, a comprehensive benefits package, and work-life balance. Applicants must have previous maintenance experience, be able to work independently, stand, bend, climb, and walk for up to four hours per day, safely lift up to 50 pounds, work in variable weather, have general computer skills, and hold a valid motor vehicle license with a clean driving record.
