EquipmentShare’s Forge & Build is hiring a part-time Yard Associate in Imlay City, Michigan. The role manages yard inventory, staging, loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and transfers; maintains a safe and organized yard; supports customer service; communicates issues to the Store Manager; and assists with other assigned duties. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and weekend work included. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer-service experience, basic math, organizational and problem-solving skills, reliable attendance, outdoor and physical work, and the ability to operate equipment and vehicles safely.
