Drees & Sommer is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead complex building construction projects in service phase 8, with responsibility for construction and outdoor facilities, cost groups 300 and 500, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and project metrics. The role coordinates interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, applies cost, claims, and change management, and supports large-scale industrial projects across the DACH region. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field, several years of complex construction project experience, knowledge of VOB and relevant standards, tendering and procurement experience, digital project management tool experience, and German language skills. The posting offers mobile working and internship compensation of €1,800 for a mandatory internship and €2,250 for a voluntary internship.
