Description
The Participant Experience Associate supports the seamless onboarding, preparation, communication, and engagement experience for participants in CCL’s leadership development programs. The role partners with participants, clients, and internal teams across virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs, with primary responsibility for the Americas and collaboration across global regions and time zones. It requires relevant professional experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to handle confidential information. The role pays $24.00 to $26.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
