The Participant Services Coordinator supports AltaMed’s PACE interdisciplinary team by coordinating participant services, resolving participant and family questions, complaints, appeals, and incident reports, addressing Medi-Cal and Medicare issues, processing involuntary disenrollments, conducting satisfaction surveys, making community-resource referrals, and performing case-management activities while complying with state and federal regulations.
