CIEE is hiring a Participant Services Manager to oversee daily operations and a team of Participant Services Associates for its Bridge USA exchange programs. The role manages work and phone queues, escalations, staffing, reporting, training, compliance, and participant concerns, while supporting regulatory requirements and emergency response. The position is remote and field-based in the United States and requires a bachelor’s degree, regulatory interpretation skills, J-1 visa knowledge, and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft tools.
