Description
The Participation Controller will manage commercial and controlling activities for selected companies and central functions, serving as the central contact for business units on controlling topics. The role analyzes business development and KPIs, prepares reports and forecasts, coordinates budget and multi-year planning, supports implementation of improvement measures, and drives process, structure, and system optimization. The position requires a degree in business administration or economics, experience in group or participation controlling, IFRS knowledge, strong Excel and SAP FI/CO skills, and excellent English; occasional travel is expected.
