Andreessen Horowitz is hiring an Events Associate for its crypto team to plan and execute large-scale external events, manage a 12-week summer hospitality program, oversee branded goods and private dining, coordinate with executives and internal teams, manage event systems and reporting, and collaborate with vendors. The role is based in San Francisco or New York City, requires in-office presence at least two days per week, and expects approximately 30% travel. Candidates should have 4–6 years of event production experience, strong project management and vendor-management skills, and the ability to work with senior executives.
